The Neottec 2000C racket is made for players who are learning the proper technique for various table tennis strokes. A thin layer of artificial cork is used to make the handle comfortable to hold. This racket is assembled with two rubbers, with elastic 1.5 mm sponges giving it the control needed for various strokes. Grip is low to give high control so you can rally without worrying about incoming spin.
