Description
The “Dotec” handle provides a higher-grip, ergonomic shape that fits better in the hand. It’s not symmetrical, so it’s designed specifically for left/right hands. The right-handed model is available, but the left-handed model can be special-ordered.
The Donic Waldner Dotec Carbon comes with a Limba outer ply, carbon plies, and a Balsa core. This combination of Limba, Balsa, and Dotec technology defines the unique performance of this blade.
A 4mm core of Balsa surrounded by carbon and Limba plies give this Dotec blade enormous potential for speed, quick topspin and smashes while maintaining remakable control.
Founder’s Note: I tried this out myself and it felt AMAZING. I started using this as my back-up racket. The cork handle feels really smooth, and it fits the hand much more naturally.

Its hard to go back after using the handle this blade provides. the Cork deadens the unwanted vibration without killing feel for the ball. the result is a very smooth feel. The blade itself has a lot of speed as well as ease of touch. One of the highest ratios of control to speed I’ve experienced in a blade. One thing to note is the design of the handle results in a more closed forehand and a more open backhand. The amount is marginal but worth mentioning. This means it is a bit more difficult to loop on the backhand side and a bit easier to loop on the forehand side.
