Description
A higher quality version of Hurricane 3. With the Provincial version, you can expect a dramatic increase in spin, control, and speed. Everything you enjoy from the original Hurricane 3 has been amplified by a great margin. 40-degree hardness. Orange sponge. This hardness is recommended for the forehand.
Dan –
I enjoy playing with this rubber. Everything suits me. Use on rosewood 5 blade. On other blades the speed is not enough or hard to loop.
